Booking a service appointment online should do more than lock in a time. With the latest update to SureCritic Online Scheduling, it does. Customers now see smart, personalized service recommendations right at the confirmation step, so the appointment that lands on your calendar reflects everything their vehicle actually needs.

What's new

As a customer reviews and confirms their appointment, SureCritic now surfaces up to three recommended services tailored to their vehicle. Each one is a service they have not already selected, shown in plain, customer-friendly language with pricing, so adding it takes a single tap. No phone call, no upsell script, no pressure.

Recommendations that actually fit the vehicle

Behind the scenes, our AI weighs what it knows about the customer and their vehicle and returns the services most worth their attention. It follows a clear priority order, falling back automatically when a source is not available:

  • Shop recommendations first, so the services your team already flagged lead the list.
  • Vehicle-based recommendations for that specific year, make, and model.
  • Mileage-based maintenance that comes due as the odometer climbs.
  • Service history, so past visits inform what comes next.

The result is a short, relevant list focused on real safety, maintenance, and performance value, not a generic menu of add-ons.

Priced, and under your control

Recommended services display with pricing so customers can make an informed decision in the moment. Your shop stays in control of how that looks, with visibility settings for suggested-only pricing and discounts, so recommendations always match the way you want to present them.
