With automotive industry experience spanning 25 years, David has been responsible for numerous industry-leading software solutions for dealerships and Original Equipment Manufacturers. While at Ford Motor Company, he led the development of a Part Inventory Management program for small dealerships and also co-authored Ford’s strategy for online accessory sales. David pioneered dealership website applications for new vehicle sales, service and parts eCommerce while at the Cobalt Group (now CDK Global). As a member of the executive team at Who's Calling, David lead the development of Who's Calling's products resulting in significant revenue growth over his tenure.

As a founder of Enprecis, he conceived of and managed the development of what is known today as CQI, a vehicle quality feedback solution used by numerous OEMs. At SureCritic, David is a strong proponent of integration as a feature; along with Tim, David has created SureCritic’s patent-pending Contextual Feedback Engine which is currently being used by SureCritic's major clients.

Recognized as a subject matter expert in software product management, Tim has conceived and launched enterprise-scale products for the Cobalt Group (now CDK Global), AT&T Wireless, Who’s Calling, and now SureCritic. With more than 16 years of experience in managing projects, Tim has been responsible for executing software delivery focused on collecting customer sentiment for a number of companies including Salesforce.com, Microsoft, and Hyundai Motor America.

Tim is passionate about great user experiences and automation. He is currently focused on ways machine learning and predictive analytics can help in the decision making process for the future of customer interaction.

Cory Osborn

With over 20 years of Software Engineering experience, Cory brings a proven track record of building high-performance, scalable software solutions across a wide range of industries.  As co-founder of Involve Technology, Cory helped pioneer the online collection of user-generated content while building their patented experience-sharing platform.  Cory led an engineering team at Jobster responsible for new innovations in sourcing tools which blended resume parsing with candidate profiles from across the web.  As a co-founder of BodSix, Cory created one of the gaming industry's first platforms for managing location-aware mobile games and applications.

As CTO at SureCritic, Cory oversees all aspects of SureCritic's technology. Cory has designed and architected SureCritic's SaaS platform as a true multi-tenant solution supporting the company's vision of "integration as a feature" with best in class integration and implementation for enterprise clients and partners.

Dan Lawlor
Sr. Director, Market Research and Analytics

Dan Lawlor is Sr. Director, Market Research and Analytics at SureCritic, Inc. He is responsible for the overall direction of the company’s Market Research, including oversight of client analysis, business development initiatives, and other general operational plans.

Dan Lawlor has over 25 years of experience and has proven competencies in market research, project management, and client management.

Most recently, Lawlor served as Director, Research & Statistics at Motorcycle Industry Council. In this role, he led the company’s primary research studies including design, fieldwork, analysis, and interpretation of new and existing research studies. Previously, he held several research positions at J.D. Power and was primarily responsible for automotive product and retail research and new project launches.

Mr. Lawlor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University Northridge.
